Innovation Strategy

 

Innovation Strategy is defined as:

 

"A plan made by an organization to encourage advancements in technology or services, usually by investing in research and development activities."

 

In ETA-ONE we use the Innovation Strategy (IS) as an excellent formal framework for the integrated management of innovation using internal and external resources through projects and partnerships.

 

Taking account of corporate strategy and marketing in order to have a shared goal and efficient process, ETA-ONE provides advices not only for defining and updating of the IS but also for its effective and efficient implementation for the whole cycle of innovation management and, immediately after, for the development of partnerships for international partnerships, acquisition of public funds for innovation and research.

 

IS allows also to improve internal resources already allocated to R&D and to optimize the preparation of project proposals for calls and tenders published by the European Union and international public bodies.
